Raw Water Collection
Raw water is collected in storage tanks for initial processing.
Sand Filtration
Water is passed through sand filters to remove suspended and undissolved impurities.
Activated Carbon Filtration
The filtered water goes through activated carbon filters to eliminate odor, color, and organic impurities.
Microfiltration (5 Micron)
Water is further filtered using a 5-micron filter to remove finer particles and microorganisms.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) Treatment
Water passes through an RO system to remove dissolved solids and reduce TDS through molecular separation.
Remineralization
Essential minerals like Calcium Chloride and Magnesium Sulphate are added via an automatic dosing system to improve taste and adjust TDS.
UV Disinfection
Water is treated with ultraviolet light to ensure complete microbiological purity.
Ozonation
Ozone treatment is applied for advanced sterilization and to enhance shelf life.
Filling & Packaging
Purified water is filled into PET bottles (1L, 500ML, 250ML) using an automatic rinsing, filling, and capping machine.
Final Packing
Sealed bottles are shrink-wrapped and packed in shrink film, ready for distribution.
